SmoothTour Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to SmoothTour ("Platform"), operated by Smooth Tour App ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). SmoothTour is an online B2B (Business to Business) SaaS (Software As A Service) that connects event organisers ("Organisers") with entertainers, activity providers and service providers ("Providers") to facilitate event bookings. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

SmoothTour is an intermediary service that facilitates connections between Organisers and Providers. We do not:

  • Act as an agent, employer, or representative for any user.
  • Guarantee or secure any contract between Organisers and Providers.
  • Accept responsibility for the conduct, performance, or reliability of any user.

All agreements, negotiations, and transactions are conducted independently between users.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on SmoothTour.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Subscriptions are renewed on subscription anniversary dates and times (either monthly or annually).
  • Cancelling subscriptions cancels the next anniversary payment, services will remain available until the end of the current subscription period.
  • Any payment or subscription-related support requests can be made to admin@smoothtourapp.co.uk.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe, and no card details or personal information are held by SmoothTour.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and platform functionality are owned by SmoothTour unless otherwise specified.
  • Users grant SmoothTour a non-exclusive licence to use uploaded content (e.g., images, descriptions) for promotional and operational purposes.
  • Unauthorised copying, modification, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Misrepresent their identity or services.
  • Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages.
  • Post fraudulent, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to circumvent SmoothTour's fee structure.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

We are committed to protecting user data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
